'Simple Math' Argument Sinks Coca-Cola Bottler Wage Suit

Law360, New York (April 16, 2012, 4:26 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge dismissed a $19 million putative class action against a Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. unit Thursday after determining that wage statements that require employees to do “simple math” to calculate their pay do not constitute an injury under state labor laws.
