Merck To Face Propecia Sexual Dysfunction MDL

Law360, New York (April 17, 2012, 2:47 PM EDT) -- A federal judicial panel on Monday consolidated lawsuits in New York claiming Merck & Co. Inc. failed to warn users of hair loss drug Propecia that it could cause sexual dysfunction that lingers even after treatment is discontinued.

The U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation bundled nine suits over the drug in the Eastern District of New York.
