NY Real Estate Investor Locked Out Partner, Suit Claims

Law360, New York (April 16, 2012, 6:48 PM EDT) -- A managing member of real estate investment firm Audubon Communities Management LLC hit the firm's owner with a $2 million lawsuit in New York state court Monday claiming he was systematically locked out of various business opportunities and his salary withheld and diverted.
