Sierra Wants Access To Probe Of Nixed $355M Air Force Deal

Law360, New York (April 17, 2012, 6:18 PM EDT) -- Sierra Nevada Corp. asked a federal court on Monday for access to the U.S. Air Force's investigation into a $355 million contract for light support aircraft that the Air Force snatched away from Sierra and Brazil-based Embraer SA following a bid protest.
