ProLink Seeks Defamation Defense From Insurer In 7th Circ.

Law360, Chicago (April 17, 2012, 4:03 PM EDT) -- A ProLink Holdings Corp. lawyer told the Seventh Circuit on Tuesday that an underlying patent infringement and slander of title suit against his client brought implied claims for defamation that triggered coverage under a Federal Insurance Co. policy, and that ProLink's defense cost dispute should be revived.
