Municipal Tax Lien Crackdown Nets 7th Guilty Plea

Law360, New York (April 17, 2012, 8:34 PM EDT) -- A former executive accused of taking part in a conspiracy to rig bids at auctions for municipal tax liens in New Jersey pled guilty Tuesday, marking the seventh plea deal to stem from an ongoing probe into municipal tax lien auctions, prosecutors said.
