Honeywell, Enviros Settle CWA Suit Over Leaks At Calif. Site

Law360, New York (April 18, 2012, 7:05 PM EDT) -- Honeywell International Inc. agreed Tuesday to pay $40,000 and undertake remediation efforts to resolve Northern California River Watch's suit alleging that hazardous waste dumped by the company on a former Superfund site has continued to leak and contaminate surrounding lands and state waters.
