Pfizer Sells Land Near Old Brooklyn Factory To Local Investors

Law360, New York (April 18, 2012, 3:27 PM EDT) -- Pfizer Inc. has agreed to sell two vacant lots totaling four acres near the site of its iconic former factory in Brooklyn to a group of experienced mixed-use investors who will conduct an environmental analysis of the site before preparing a development plan, Pfizer said Tuesday.

In a letter to a local community board, the pharmaceutical giant said that it had agreed to sell the two land parcels in the South Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn to 306 Rutledge Street II LLC, a newly formed holding company...
