Producer Wants $50M For Work On New Charlie Sheen Show

Law360, New York (April 18, 2012, 6:14 PM EDT) -- A collaborator on the new Charlie Sheen show “Anger Management” on Wednesday sued former Walt Disney Co. Chairman Joe Roth and his company Revolution Studios for $50 million, claiming they refused to compensate him for his work on the FX comedy.

In a complaint filed in Los Angeles Superior Court seeking at least $50 million in damages, producer Jason Shuman and Blue Star Entertainment accuse Roth and Revolution of refusing to honor a producer agreement that was to give Shuman a portion of the show’s profits....
