Law360, New York (April 18, 2012, 4:11 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court ruled Wednesday an attorney failed to prove that his client, United Water Services LLC, cheated him out of his $3,000-per-month fees when a $3 million water contract he helped negotiate with the city of Laredo, Texas, ended early.
