USAF Tries To Scuttle Labor Groups' Insourcing Challenge

Law360, New York (April 19, 2012, 5:56 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Air Force asked a Colorado federal court Wednesday to toss a lawsuit challenging its decision to insource construction work, arguing the labor groups bringing suit lacked standing and that the dispute belongs in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
