Aereo Investors Don't Have To Testify In TV Copyright Suit

Law360, New York (April 19, 2012, 5:50 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday ruled that the financiers of online streaming service Aereo Inc. will not be required to testify in a copyright infringement suit brought by Fox Television Stations Inc., PBS, Univision Television Group Inc. and other networks.
