LCD Makers, Consumers Oppose Split Trial In Price-Fixing MDL

Law360, New York (April 19, 2012, 5:20 PM EDT) -- Both the defendants and consumer plaintiffs in the liquid crystal display price-fixing litigation lambasted a new attempt from direct purchaser plaintiffs to break the trial into two parts, with the manufacturers calling the latest request Wednesday "even more unworkable" than the first plan.
