Title VII Plaintiffs Seek Relief From Tower Auto's Stay

Law360, New York (August 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group of more than 60 plaintiffs in a Title VII case against Tower Automotive Products Co. Inc. in an Illinois district court has asked a bankruptcy judge in Manhattan to lift the automatic stay that halted the discrimination suit when the auto parts maker filed for Chapter 11 protection.
