AIG Units, Lennar End Trade Secrets, Extortion Coverage Row

Law360, New York (April 20, 2012, 3:39 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday dismissed a suit by two American International Group Inc. units seeking to avoid covering homebuilder Lennar Corp.'s trade secrets extortion claims against a convicted business partner, after the companies reached a resolution following mediation.
