Calif. Court Keeps Honda Motorcycle Price Suit Running

Law360, New York (April 20, 2012, 12:21 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court panel has partially overturned the dismissal of a class action against a Honda dealership alleging it tacked on thousands of dollars to the prices of motorcycles at the time of purchase in violation of state consumer protection laws.

The panel overturned the trial court’s dismissal of plaintiff Audrey Medrazo’s Unfair Competition Law claims, but upheld its dismissal of her Consumer Legal Remedies Act claims.
