Defense Bill Would Limit Commercial Buys, Contractors Say

Law360, New York (April 20, 2012, 5:48 PM EDT) -- A contractor group told Congress on Thursday that a U.S. Department of Defense legislative proposal would needlessly narrow the government's definition of "commercial item or service" in procurement rules, limiting the government's ability to quickly buy commercial goods and services.
