UMG, Interscope Silence $2M Royalty Suit Over Rapper 'Game'

Law360, Los Angeles (April 20, 2012, 4:27 PM EDT) -- A California judge Friday tossed fraud and breach of contract claims against Universal Music Group Inc., Interscope Records and others, finding that a music production company that claims it discovered rapper Game waited too long to sue for $2.1 million in digital download royalties.
