Enviros Sue NJ Developers Over Wetlands Remediation

Law360, New York (April 20, 2012, 7:53 PM EDT) -- A local environmental group slapped developers of New Jersey's Raritan Center business park with a lawsuit Wednesday that accused Summit Associates Inc. and an affiliate of improperly filling in wetlands at the center, then failing to comply with a federal order to clean up the site.
