Ex-Corps Official, Son To Cop To $1B Contract Scheme

Law360, New York (April 20, 2012, 6:31 PM EDT) -- A former U.S. Army Corps of Engineers project manager and his son will plead guilty in a bribery case involving over $1 billion worth of information technology contracts, a Washington federal judge said Friday.
