Schulte Roth, Tech Support Bury Hatchet In OT Case

Law360, New York (April 20, 2012, 9:12 PM EDT) -- Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP on Friday agreed to pay $100,000 to settle a proposed class action by a former tech support employee who claimed the firm stiffed its support technicians of overtime pay in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

In a motion to approve the settlement filed in New York federal court, the parties said the settlement amount would include attorneys' fees and costs as well as payments to class members, who include 45 desktop support technicians, for overtime hours from June 2005...
