King & Spalding Nabs 2 Cadwalader Pharma Litigation Pros

Law360, New York (April 26, 2012, 4:49 PM EDT) -- King & Spalding LLP has added two pharmaceutical patent litigators with extensive U.S. International Trade Commission experience from Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP as partners in its New York office, the firm announced Monday.

Tony V. Pezzano, who was a partner at Cadwalader, and Michael P. Dougherty, who was special counsel, had been with the firm since 2007. Prior to that, they had been at now-defunct intellectual property boutique Morgan & Finnegan LLP.
