Goldman Sachs Seeks To Squash $147M Capmark Suit

Law360, New York (April 23, 2012, 8:44 PM EDT) -- Goldman Sachs Group Inc. affiliates fought back on Friday against the reorganized Capmark Financial Group Inc.'s request to extend its bankruptcy preference period as the two continue to spar over the bank's alleged $147 million in preferential transfers in the run-up to Capmark's bankruptcy.
