Pizza Hut Operator Sued Over Managers' OT Pay

Law360, New York (April 24, 2012, 10:04 PM EDT) -- A Pizza Hut franchisee that operates over 90 restaurants in Florida was hit with a class action Friday by managers demanding unpaid overtime pay.

Assistant and general managers working at 91 Pizza Huts in Ocala County say franchise owner CFL Pizza LLC violated the Fair Labor Standards Act by failing to pay them overtime or paying them less than the required time and a half rate when they worked more than 40 hours a week.
