Law360, New York (April 23, 2012, 7:46 PM EDT) -- A New York appeals court last week affirmed a permit-revocation case centering on a Long Beach, N.Y., Zoning Board of Appeals member's alleged conflict of interest, allowing a real estate developer to pursue his 8-year-old lawsuit that could rake in a reported $50 million in damages.
