Summit Agrees To Restore Wetlands, Undercuts Enviros' Suit

Law360, New York (April 23, 2012, 6:19 PM EDT) -- A building company managed by Summit Associates Inc. said Monday it would restore nearly 100 acres of wetlands at the massive Raritan Center business park in New Jersey, partially undermining a complaint filed last week criticizing the developer for alleged environmental violations.
