Law360, San Diego (April 23, 2012, 7:29 PM EDT) -- A California Senate committee is set to consider on Tuesday a bill that would prevent authorities from tracking suspects through cellphone GPS information without warrants, but the measure faces opposition from major wireless providers that claim it would burden them with reporting requirements.
