CME Nets $151M In Chicago Board Of Trade Building Sale

Law360, New York (April 23, 2012, 8:27 PM EDT) -- CME Group Inc. will sell two of the three buildings in the famed Chicago Board of Trade building complex to a joint venture of GlenStar Properties LLC and USAA Real Estate Co. for about $151.5 million, CME said Monday.

The joint venture will buy the building's north and south towers, with about 1.3 million square feet of space, then lease back to CME the 150,000 square feet it currently occupies in the 141 W. Jackson Blvd. for a 15-year term, according to CME.
