Brinker Dooms FLSA Meal Break Class, ManorCare Says

Law360, New York (April 25, 2012, 8:01 PM EDT) -- HCR ManorCare Inc. told an Ohio federal court Wednesday that, in light of the California Supreme Court's long-awaited Brinker decision, it should decertify a class alleging the long-term care provider's meal break policy violates the Fair Labor Standards Act, while the plaintiffs argued the decision wasn't relevant.
