Middleman In $660M Miramax Buyout Settles Finder's Fee Suit

Law360, New York (April 25, 2012, 3:47 PM EDT) -- The film producer who says he orchestrated the $660 million purchase of Miramax Film Co. from Walt Disney Co. in 2010 has settled his suit alleging he was bilked out of fees for putting the deal together, according to a Tuesday announcement.
