'Mini-Madoff' Associates Charged In $413M Ponzi Scheme

Law360, New York (April 25, 2012, 7:07 PM EDT) -- Four associates of "mini-Madoff" Nicholas Cosmo were charged Wednesday by federal prosecutors for helping raise millions of dollars from investors that they allegedly funneled into the $413 million Ponzi scheme.

The four defendants — Jason Keryc, Anthony Massaro, Anthony Ciccone and Diane Kaylor — are former account representatives for Agape World Inc. and Agape Merchant Advance, the firms Cosmo used to run his scheme, according to the complaint unsealed Wednesday in New York federal court.
