Ex-Wilson Sonsini Atty, Others Settle $32M Insider Trading Suit

Law360, New York (April 25, 2012, 5:29 PM EDT) -- Former Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC attorney Matthew Kluger, a New York stock trader and their middleman agreed to return some $32 million they allegedly netted through illegal trades ahead of 11 merger and acquisition announcements, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission said Wednesday.
