Pacific Lumber Seeks Another Exclusivity Extension

Law360, New York (August 27, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Pacific Lumber Co. and its bankrupt subsidiaries have asked the bankruptcy court overseeing their Chapter 11 proceedings for 90-day extensions of their exclusive rights to file and to solicit support for a reorganization plan, pointing out that consultants have nearly completed their appraisal of the debtors' real estate holdings and timber harvest rights.
