PG&E Managers Knew About SmartMeter Spying, CPUC Says

Law360, San Diego (April 26, 2012, 9:03 PM EDT) -- Senior management at Pacific Gas & Electric Co. condoned or approved a former employee's lies about his identity and infiltration of online discussion groups to discredit the views of SmartMeter opponents, according to a finding the California Public Utilities Commission released Wednesday.
