Law360, New York (April 26, 2012, 4:39 PM EDT) -- The deal for New York University to build a new science campus at the Metropolitan Transit Authority's former Brooklyn headquarters cleared a major hurdle Wednesday, but not before the Transit Workers Union lambasted the plan at an MTA board meeting, saying it would waste millions of dollars.
