Pillsbury Names Pair To Head Merged IP Groups

Law360, New York (April 22, 2005, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Newly merged Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP has tapped William Atkins and Larry Gotts to head up the firm’s combined intellectual property department.

Atkins and Gotts, both resident in the firm’s Northern Virginia office, come from Pillsbury Winthrop and Shaw Pittman, respectively. The combined firm had previously indicated it would split the leadership in the IP area between managers from each of the merged firms.
