Deutsche Bank Wants ERISA Ruling Reconsidered

Law360 (August 28, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Two weeks after a district court left intact a terminated equities manager's allegation that Deutsche Bank AG violated the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, the bank has asked the court to remove that final claim and dismiss the complaint altogether.

Deutsche Bank filed a motion for reconsideration Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, arguing the court had erred in denying, on Aug. 14, its earlier motion for summary judgment regarding plaintiff Joseph D. DeSantis's claim of an ERISA violation....
