Judge Recused From American Airlines' Antitrust Suit

Law360, Dallas (October 22, 2012, 7:32 PM EDT) -- A Texas state judge was recused Monday from American Airlines Inc.'s antitrust lawsuit against Sabre Inc. scheduled to begin Wednesday as another judge ruled donations American made to a children's home the judge supports created an impermissible perception of bias.
