GM Denies Liability For Chevrolet Roll Over

Law360, New York (August 28, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Defending negligence claims by a Texas man injured in a car accident, auto giant General Motors Corp. has denied that its Chevrolet SSR is defective or unreasonably dangerous.

GM shrugged off the claims in response to one of four lawsuits that alleged the Detroit-based company failed to properly test its vehicles for faults and was liable for damages.
