LGS Can't Claim Fees From Army, Despite Corrective Action

Law360, New York (April 27, 2012, 6:04 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office ruled Thursday that though the U.S. Army decided to re-evaluate proposals for a technology project handed to AT&T Government Solutions, it should not foot LGS Innovations LLC's legal bill for protesting the award.

LGS had asked to be reimbursed attorneys' fees and other legal costs it incurred while challenging a delivery order to upgrade and modernize voice and data networks at the Wiesbaden, Germany, Command Battle Center.
