Everest Balks At Pipeline Defect Settlement Coverage

Law360, New York (April 30, 2012, 1:21 PM EDT) -- Everest National Insurance Co. told a Georgia federal judge Friday that it was not responsible for paying a construction company’s settlement costs in a contract dispute over faulty work on a natural gas pipeline running from Illinois to Indiana.
