ZST Seeks To Toss Suit Over China Revenue Reports

Law360, New York (April 30, 2012, 8:12 PM EDT) -- ZST Digital Networks Inc., which faces a securities fraud class action for reporting different financial results in the U.S. than in China, sought to dismiss part of the suit Friday, saying shareholders have once again failed to prove standing in the case.

In a motion to dismiss filed in California federal court, ZST said the amended complaint filed by investors last month was virtually identical to one dismissed in part for lack of standing in February.
