Stroock & Stroock Sued Again In Molner Film Face-Off

Law360, New York (April 27, 2012, 10:50 PM EDT) -- Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP was hit with another contract interference suit Friday claiming it used Miramax Films co-owner Ronald N. Tutor’s former lawyer to gain confidential information on behalf of film financier David Molner in order to sue for millions in alleged damages.
