High Court Rejects Offshore Oil Workers' Foreign Hires Case

Law360, New York (April 30, 2012, 8:14 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear an appeal of a Fifth Circuit decision tossing a putative class of oil and gas workers' suit that claimed offshore energy companies illegally hired foreign workers in violation of the Immigration and Nationality Act.
