Judge Axes Protest Over Army Survey Contract Award

Law360, Chicago (April 30, 2012, 7:37 PM EDT) -- A U.S. Court of Federal Claims judge dismissed Three S Consulting Inc.'s suit against the federal government over a contract for military housing survey services, ruling in an opinion released Friday that the plaintiff lacked standing because it did not meet the contract's requirements.
