Designer Tells 2nd Circ. Bratz Dolls Rip Off His Design

Law360, New York (May 2, 2012, 4:00 PM EDT) -- Steve Madden shoe advertisement designer Bernard Belair on Monday asked the Second Circuit to undo the dismissal of his copyright infringement suit against MGA Entertainment Inc. over its Bratz dolls, arguing clear evidence of actual copying in the suit should have kept it alive.
