Media Mogul Lord Black Says Govt. Didn't Prove Case

Law360 (August 29, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Convicted media mogul Lord Conrad Black has asked a judge to overturn the verdict and acquit him or grant him a new trial, saying the government had insufficient evidence to convict him.
