Delphi Clears Last Labor Hurdle

Law360 (August 29, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has signed off on an agreement between bankrupt Delphi Corp. and the United Steelworkers, the last labor puzzle for the company to work out before it can emerge from Chapter 11.

Judge Robert D. Drain of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York signed off Wednesday on the deal, which covers approximately 900 workers at two Ohio plants in Dayton and Vandalia.
