UPS Beats NJ Town’s Bid To Toss Tax Bill Challenge

Law360, New York (May 2, 2012, 8:42 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey tax court has refused to toss United Parcel Service Inc.’s challenge to taxes on a property assessed at $31 million by Secaucus, N.J., ruling the town’s request for UPS’ income and expense information was defective, according to a decision released Wednesday.
