$291M NASA Award To Honeywell Was Reasonable, GAO Says

Law360, Chicago (May 4, 2012, 3:08 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office has rejected SGT Inc.'s challenge to NASA's award of a $291 million flight center services contract to Honeywell Technology Solutions Inc., finding the evaluation was consistent with the solicitation and the award was reasonably based, the GAO said Wednesday.
